The Vacation House watch service is available to residents who plan to be away from home for not less than three consecutive nights, not to exceed thirty days. Although this program has been extremely successful, no one can guarantee the safety of your home and we encourage you to have your neighbors or relatives also check your home while you are away.

When requesting this service, please provide us with the names of persons who will hold a key to your home and may check your home periodically. This service is not available if anyone will be staying in the home and is not available for vacant homes.

You may call up to 5 days before your departure or on the day you leave. A form will still need to be filled out.

Cancel a House Watch: Call our Office (800-259-3641) IMMEDIATELY upon your return home. This is extremely important because any unauthorized persons found on the premises will be presumed to be intruders.
